Rütiring, Riehen BS, 2024 - 2026
In a prime location, on "Rütiring" in Riehen, Varem developed three unique buildings with brick facades. These include two villas with pools and a villa featuring two spacious apartments: a garden apartment spread over two levels with a pool, and a two-story penthouse apartment with an outdoor hot tub.
Bellevue Appartements 2nd stage Gunten BE, 2021 – 2024
Varem built three chalet houses with a total of 18 rental apartments in Gunten. Since 2024, four more identical buildings with a total of 22 apartments ranging in size from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms have been built.
Condominiums Niesenblick Oberhofen BE, 2021 – 2023
Varem is building condominiums with a high standard of construction on a plot of land in the municipality of Oberhofen that slopes steeply towards Lake Thun. The approved project is being implemented in collaboration with the local architecture firm M+K from Thun.
