Varem is building condominiums with a high standard of construction on a plot of land in the municipality of Oberhofen that slopes steeply towards Lake Thun. The approved project is being implemented in collaboration with the local architecture firm M+K from Thun.
The 23 apartments are spread over five buildings with a typical chalet character. They deliberately fit into the rural, loosely populated region and the townscape of the lakeside community.
The location is ideally sunny, and the view of the lake and the nearby mountain range with the distinctive Thun local mountain “Niesen” is incomparable.
