Bellevue Appartements 2nd stage Gunten BE, 2021 – 2024
Varem built three chalet houses with a total of 18 rental apartments in Gunten. Since 2024, four more identical buildings with a total of 22 apartments ranging in size from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms have been built.
Condominiums Niesenblick Oberhofen BE, 2021 – 2023
Varem is building condominiums with a high standard of construction on a plot of land in the municipality of Oberhofen that slopes steeply towards Lake Thun. The approved project is being implemented in collaboration with the local architecture firm M+K from Thun.
Station West, Interlaken BE, 2020-2024
Varem is building a new building in Interlaken, at Westbahnhof, which will accommodate apartments, retail and office space. The Dorint hotel group has also succeeded in getting the Dorint hotel group excited about the project. She is opening her second “Essential Hotel” in Switzerland.

Varem Development built a new apartment building in a quiet residential area on behalf of the client. The high-quality apartment building offers six rental apartments ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms.
Villa Sonnenberg, Lenzburg AG, 2021 – 2023
Villa Sonnenberg in Lenzburg in Aargau is a cultural asset of national value. It was built in 1769/70 by the district clerk of the Bernese bailiff, who resided at Lenzburg Castle. On behalf of the client, Varem Development AG carried out the comprehensive renovation of the listed property together with experienced planning partners.
Ribetschi Park, Immensee SZ, 2012 – 2021
The Ribetschi Park area in the town of Immensee in Schwyz is located on a steep eastern slope with a breathtaking view of Lake Zug and the opposite range of hills. Due to the extreme slope with a slope of up to 20%, the project was extremely demanding. The result was 80 residential units, which are lined up on a residential street as a common room.
Büelbad, Kandersteg BE, 2015 – 2019
The holiday apartments in the mountain community of Kandersteg at 1200 m above sea level are spread over four chalet-style houses.

Gautschi-Villa, Reinach AG, 2012 – 2017
The imposing and venerable residential and commercial building of the Gautschi cotton factory family dates back to 1812. It is a listed building and has been expanded into a public center with regional impact.
Gautschi Park, Reinach AG, 2012 – 2017
Five new buildings have been built on 8,800 square meters. The spacious green areas create a natural and park-like atmosphere and offer residents plenty of privacy and space for meetings.
Villa Le Mouret, Zénauva FR, 2014 – 2021
The detached single-family houses with villa character are located in the picturesque area of Zénauva near Fribourg. The plot facing west is optimally sunny and offers a wide view across the countryside to the foothills of the Alps.
Apartment building Magden AG, 20210 – 2012
The apartment building with four condominiums is at the entrance to the Aargau village of Magden. The building picks up the flight of neighboring houses and, thanks to its clear volumetry, mediates between the larger commercial building and the small-scale neighboring houses.
Living Dreams Faidostrasse, Bruderholz BS, 2011 – 2015
Bruderholz is Basel's southernmost residential district and benefits from an attractive hillside and hillside location. The property is surrounded by prestigious single-family houses with park-like gardens. The new development, consisting of two buildings, was placed in such a way as to preserve valuable trees, ensure privacy from all sides and at the same time create enough usable open spaces.
