On behalf of the client, Varem Development AG carried out the comprehensive renovation of the listed property together with experienced planning partners.

The Ribetschi Park area in the town of Immensee in Schwyz is located on a steep eastern slope with a breathtaking view of Lake Zug and the opposite range of hills. Due to the extreme slope with a slope of up to 20%, the project was extremely demanding. The result was 80 residential units, which are lined up on a residential street as a common room.
