In May 2024, Varem, together with M&K, started the construction project for a residential development in Niederbipp, Canton of Bern.
Last fall, Varem acquired the Jungraublick/Beauregard area with the plan to build an innovative apartment hotel with tourist-managed apartment apartments. The prerequisite for this project was a workshop process, which has now been completed.
The venerable residential and commercial building from 1812, which is a listed building, was expanded into a public center with regional impact.
