The small village of Gunten belongs to the municipality of Sigriswil and impresses with its unique location on a high plateau above Lake Thun.
Varem has built three chalet houses in Gunten with a total of 18 rental flats from 2.5 and 3.5 rooms. Four more identical buildings with a total of 22 flats ranging in size from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms are currently under construction.
In future, they will be available for purchase as condominiums. Each flat offers a fantastic, unobstructed view of the lake and the mountains of the Bernese Oberland.
