Construction progress of construction project Niederbipp BE
The excavation work on the 'Dürrmühle' construction project in Niederbipp (BE), which Varem is realising together with M&K Architektur AG from Steffisburg, has been completed. The ceilings of the 2nd and partly of the 1st basement have already been concreted. Soil is gradually being filled up around the building for the higher floors, and the pipes for water, electricity, etc. are also being laid.
Construction of the residential development in Niederbipp, Canton of Bern, began in May 2024. Two buildings consisting of 18 owner-occupied and 32 rental apartments with underground parking and four commercial spaces are being built.
