Gallihof Steffisburg - Construction starts
In the middle of the village center of Steffisburg, Varem is developing together with partner M&K Architektur AG, which is marketing the project, and the Thun-based architecture team from akkurat bauatelier GmbH, which hosts the historic Gallihof. Three buildings with 1 and 2.5, as well as 3.5 and 4.5 room apartments are being built.
Construction began in April 2025.
