Hergiswil NW - Start of construction
A few months ago, the new construction project “Steinibach” in Hergiswil in the canton of Nidwalden on Lake Lucerne was approved. In August, the six high-quality 4.5-room condominiums between 121 m2 and 124 m2, as well as a 5.5 room condominium of 141 m2 of living space with modern equipment and spacious living and utility space, were sold.
The demolition of the existing building began at the beginning of September, and construction of the new building has therefore started.
