Villa Sonnenberg - Congratulations on the Homeland Security Prize 2025
The 250-year-old villa, its outbuildings and garden were carefully restored and converted into a lively cultural guest house.
The work impresses with high quality craftsmanship, careful planning and respectful integration of new elements. The park was also restored in accordance with historic preservation principles. The foundation thus strengthens the district, protects the townscape of national importance (ISOS) and also preserves intangible testimonies of history. On behalf of the client, Varem Development AG carried out the comprehensive renovation of the listed property together with experienced planning partners.
